What is Turbo Kick?

Turbo Kick is a fun and challenging group exercise class. The addictive workout combines shadow boxing, kick boxing, sport drills and dancing. It is the ultimate cardiovascular workout!

Each class is approximately 60 minutes long and includes a warm up, several bouts of intense intervals, a "Turbo" segment that will really get your heart pumping, and a Tai-Chi like cool down. Each segment has movement patterns and combinations that include a variety of punches, jumps and kicks.

If you desire to lose weight, Turbo Kick is a great way to torch calories. The creators of the program estimate the average woman burns from 6 to 8 calories per minute during one class. That is from 360 to 480 calories per hour!

The class is also a great way to melt away stress. If you walk in with tension and aggression riding on your shoulders, you'll walk out feeling strong and positive.


Turbo Kick can be taken by anyone of any fitness level. The workout has plenty of low or high impact moves with modifications. No equipment is needed: just prepare to get a great workout and have lots of fun!
