What is Yoga?

Yoga is an exercise that helps ease pain, helps mental clarity, helps relaxation and keeps your body fit and flexible. Yoga is a general exercise that has many different levels from the very beginner to the advanced, chanting to non chanting, as well as several other different aspects. A lot of people (myself included) are unaware of the different types of yoga involved.
